Inputting a pulse encoder for wheelspeed measurements

Currently, we do not support connecting a pulse encoder directly to the Vision-RTK2. However, you can stream the pulses per second directly to the Vision-RTK2 using the FP_B-MEASUREMENTS format. Populate the fields with pulses per second directly, as we can estimate the scale automatically on our side; there is no need to specify the scale of your measurements. You can find more information about the FP_B-MEASUREMENTS message here: https://docs.fixposition.com/fd/fp_b-measurements . On this page, you will find C++ and Python examples to input wheelspeed measurement using one or multiple sensors. Send pulses per second instead of inputting the speed value (e.g., in m/s).
